What we collect

This website has no enquiry form, no account login and no online payment. We do not ask you to type anything into this site.

You reach us by tapping WhatsApp or Call. When you do, we get what any business gets when you contact it: your phone number, your name if you give it, and whatever you choose to tell us about the journey you are planning. If you go on to book with us, we also collect the documents a booking needs — passport details, photographs and the papers required for a visa.

Separately, this website measures how it is used, so we know which of our advertisements are worth paying for. That measurement is done by Google Analytics and by advertising tools from Google and Meta. They record things like the pages you looked at, roughly where in the country you are, what kind of device you used, and whether you tapped WhatsApp or Call. It does not tell us who you are.

Why we collect it

• To answer your question and give you a price for your dates.
• To make the booking you asked for — flights, hotel, visa and transport.
• To meet the requirements of the airlines, hotels, and the Indian and Saudi authorities.
• To see which advertisements bring people to this site, so we do not waste money on the ones that do not.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information to anybody, and we do not pass it to other travel agents.

To make a booking, we have to share what the booking needs with the airline, the hotel, the visa authorities and the Saudi and Indian government systems that Hajj and Umrah run through. If you message us on WhatsApp, that conversation also sits on WhatsApp’s servers under Meta’s own privacy terms, which we do not control. The same applies to Google Analytics and to the advertising tools from Google and Meta.

How long we keep it

Booking records are kept for as long as the law and the authorities require us to keep them. Enquiries that never became a booking are kept only while they are still useful to you and to us. Website measurement data is kept for the period Google and Meta set on their own tools.

Your rights

We will not charge you for asking. Where the law requires us to keep a booking record, we will tell you that instead of quietly ignoring the request.

Children

This site is not aimed at children. When a family books, we handle a child’s passport and visa details as part of the parents’ booking and treat them the same way as everything else here.

If we add an enquiry form, an online payment or anything else that collects information directly, this policy will be updated before that goes live.
