New Umrah batches go out through the year, with direct Mumbai–Jeddah flights both ways. Every package below includes the visa, the hotel, all transport, three meals a day, laundry and Ziyarat — the price you see is what the trip costs.

Hajj

Hajj packages

Hajj seats are limited and they fill early. Your passport, documents and visa all have to be ready well before the travel date, so the sooner you talk to us the more choice you have.

Book early — seats are limited every year

Hajj packages for the coming season are not listed yet. Message us on WhatsApp and we will tell you what is open and what your documents need to be ready by.

Hajj is arranged under the rules and quota set by the Government of India and the Saudi authorities. Dates, seat numbers and costs are decided by them, not by us, and they can change. We will tell you exactly what is confirmed and what is still waiting.

Passport

Passport services

Bring your documents to the office and we fill the form, book the appointment and tell you what to expect at the Seva Kendra. You do not need a passport to talk to us first.

New passport

First passport, for adults and for children. We check your documents before the appointment so nothing gets sent back.

Renewal

Passport expired, or close to it. Renew before you book any journey — most visas need several months left on the passport.

Tatkal

The faster route, when your travel date is close. It costs more and it needs specific proof — ask us before you pay anything.

Lost or damaged

Reissue after a passport is lost, stolen or damaged. This one needs a police report as well — we will explain the steps in order.

Documents you need

This is the usual list. What you actually need depends on your case, so bring what you have and we will tell you what is missing.

  • Aadhaar card
  • PAN card
  • Birth certificate, or school leaving certificate
  • Proof of address — electricity bill, gas bill or bank passbook
  • Voter ID
  • Old passport, if you have had one
  • Recent photographs
  • Police report, for a lost or stolen passport

Passports are issued by the Passport Seva Kendra, not by us. We prepare your file, book the appointment and guide you through it — the decision and the timing stay with the government.

Visa assistance

Umrah and Hajj visas come as part of the package. For other travel we help you fill the application, get the paperwork in order and submit it correctly.

A visa is granted by the country you are travelling to. No agent anywhere can promise you one — anybody who does is not being straight with you. What we can do is make sure your file is complete and submitted properly.

Air tickets & Ziyarat

Flight booking on its own, whether or not you take a package with us. We fly our groups direct from Mumbai to Jeddah and back, on Air India, Akasa Air and IndiGo.

Ziyarat in Makkah and Madinah is arranged with our packages, with transport and someone who can explain what you are seeing.

Common questions

How far is the hotel from the Haram?

It depends on the package — each one on this site says the distance. A budget package puts you further out with transport laid on; a premium one puts you close enough to walk. Ask us and we will tell you exactly which hotel and how far.

Do I need a passport before I come to you?

No. If you do not have one, or it has expired, we handle that first. Come to the office and we will start with the passport.

Why does the price change?

Airfare and hotel rates move with the season. Ramadan and the last ten nights cost the most. The rate we quote you is for your dates, and we will tell you what is fixed and what is not.

Can I pay in instalments?

Talk to us at the office about payment. We will tell you plainly what is possible for your booking before you commit to anything.

What if my visa is refused?

Visas are decided by the Saudi authorities, not by us. If a visa is refused we will tell you why as far as we are told, and explain what happens to what you have already paid.

Is someone with the group in Saudi Arabia?

Yes. Our groups travel with a guide, and our office stays reachable on the phone while you are there.

Do you only serve people from Unn?

No. Our office is in Unn, and people come to us from across Surat and South Gujarat. If you cannot come in, start on WhatsApp.
